U2718Q, flickering, RGB pixel noise, #2
Hello,
Exactly the same issue here. Tried everything, but it's been like that out of the box, even during the diagnostic with no inputs.
No Events found!

Try the information below for resolving the issue.
* First, reset the U2718Q to factory defaults in the Menu OSD- Others (page 43)
* Second, check environmental factors. Move all peripherals, extra power adapters, etc. away from the U2718Q
* Third, relocate the U2718Q and test in another room
