* Was this monitor purchased directly from Dell? If not, you need to transfer the ownership of the service tag number into your name
* We need to see pictures of the issue while running the monitor stand alone/disconnected from PC Built-in Diagnostics, page 51

DELL-Cares will need to see the other colored screens during the Built-in Diagnostics. Via Private Message to them, provide the U2718Q service tag number and 20 digit serial number.

Thanks for your reply. The monitor was purchased new from Amazon.

In the picture in attachment you can see the pattern I am talking about.
