U2719DC, USB Type-C upstream data only

Question

Hi

I bought the Dell U2719DC monitor and wanted to use USB Type-C connection as upstream port to use built-in USB hub. So I connected it to my PC DP to graphic card and USB Type-C to motherboard, USB Type-C data only port but hub didn't started to work. How can I activate USB hub when using DP cable?

* Open the U2719DC Menu
* Go to Display
* Change USB-C Prioritization to High data speed
* Exit the U2719DC Menu and retest the USB downstream ports
