Assuming that you are also connecting via USB Type-C? If yes, can you toggle down to USB Type-C, then press the check to "move" USB Type-C into the top blank?

We see that this U2720Q shipped from Dell 15 months ago * Prior to it not working, did you make any hardware or software changes to the PC? * Have you powered both the PC and U2720Q off, disconnected all cabling from the U2720Q, then reconnected and retested?
