U2720QM, macOS, washed out HDR
When I started using macOS, enabling the HDR checkbox in the Display Perfs section reduced it down to a washed out mess. Saturation was completely off, colors looked wrong and overall the display took a massive hit.

This is Unknown by Dell. You should post the HDR issue on the Apple Forum to get their opinions.
For the U2720QM, all Dell offered for macOS was the DDM (Dell Display Manager) and the firmware update. There were no macOS monitor drivers. The online U2720QM User's Guide mention DisplayHDR 400 only in reference to Windows 10.
