U3219Q, Mac Mini M1, display issues

I purchased a Mac Mini M1 computer and connected it to my Dell U3219Q monitor that I've had for a year. Each day I get constant flickering and image retention. Is there a Dell Display Manager in the works for Mac or support? I have premium support and none of that team knows a solution as of March 2021. I used a MacBook Pro 2018 with the display for a year and although not perfect, it worked for the most part. I've swapped out cables, CPUs, and the image retention remains. Dell told me to contact Apple, however, this is a display issue, not a Mac issue as even when I connect an HP Windows 10 device, the flickering still happens via HDMI or USB-C. Please advise on a fix. I also am not able to update my Dell Monitor firmware via a Mac and my work HP Laptop will not allow install of the software.
