U3419W, MacBook, problem with USB keyboard
Hi,
I just bought a Dell U3419W which is connected to my Apple MacBook Pro 13 "2017 edition via USB-C. I have connected my Mac keyboard via USB to the screen but when I press my Magic Mouse to wake the Mac from hibernate, then the keyboard won't work. I can't enter my password. It sometimes works if I turn on / off the screen or if I unplug the USB-C cable from the Mac, but not always. Are there any settings you need to make to make sure USB is running through the screen? My mouse works just fine, but runs directly via Bluetooth.

For other Apple users, Dell does not provide active support of this monitor on Apple operating system and hardware. All we provided was access to the Apple version of the U3419W firmware update. You will need to ask the Apple users for help on the Apple Forum.
