U3419W, blank screen on two inputs

Question

Hi,

I am suffering from the same fault on my U3419W. In summary, the U3419W goes blank when using it on a USB Type-C source and another source. I am running the latest firmware and I have reset the U3419W. The above case seems to have no resolution, could Dell please clarify?

Do you have a shortcut to get this firmware?  I'm struggling with tech support and don't really want to spend an hour troubleshooting with them when I know what the problem is. Thanks, Jason
