U3421WE, FSM, check operating hours?

Hello all,

Today my new Dell U3421WE monitor was delivered. Unfortunately, the packaging looks a bit used and the enclosed documents do not actually fit my country. I would like to find out how many operating hours the monitor has to be sure. How can I activate the FSM (Factory Service Menu) mode on this model to check?
