U3818DW, USB-C plugged message appears
I have two video connections to my new U3818DW =
1. Windows 10 PC -> HDMI cable -> U3818DW
2. MacBook Pro -> USB-C cable -> U3818DW
When using the HDMI connection, all works well as long as the second USB-C computer is powered up. However, when second USB-C computer sleeps, I continually get a "USB-C plugged" message popping up mid screen. Is there a way to disable this monitor "feature"?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
* Open the U3818DW Menu
* Go to Input Source
* Change Auto Select to Off
* Go to USB Selection. Make sure these are the selections =
DP > USB Type-C
HDMI > USB 1
HDMI 2 > USB 2
* Exit the Menu and retest
