It's done on the USB and Input menus. See pages 80-82 of the user manual. I agree it’s not described in the most logical way but it definitely works!
I ended up connecting my webcam to my laptop directly and not via the monitor because if I want to look something up on the DP connected computer during a Teams call on the Thunderbolt connected laptop, I'd lose my video connection as the monitor passed the webcam connection to USB-B!
I don't see the option of setting up KVM on the monitor it self.
I can select which which computer gets control of the USB ports, but I want to be able to share the peripherals connected to the screen between the computers.

I use two computers on Thunderbolt & DP/USB and it works fine. However, I did the configuration on the monitor itself. Try that?
