DDM for macOS compatibility has nothing to do with the fact that we released a U4919DW firmware update that can be run through macOS. As of March 22, 2022, there are no plans to add the U4919DW to the DDM for macOS supported monitor list.

There was past discussion of a macOS version, but we have not seen any released on the Dell Monitors driver pages. Like you, all we can do is periodically check the Dell Monitors driver pages.
