U4919DW, two, one has high resolution, other does not

I have purchased two U4919DW monitors.  One U4919DW gives me the high resolution but the other U4919DW does not. I have tried just connecting separately to each monitor and I do get that high resolution of 5120x1440 60Hz. So it does not look like the fault is with the monitors, but more my setup. Am I missing something?

How can I get both U4919DW monitors to run with the higher resolution of 5120x1440 60Hz connected to one laptop?

System Specs
Operating System
Windows 10

Graphics Card
Intel UHD Graphics 620

Machine Type
Lenovo ThinkPad T480

Docking Station
Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2 (135W)

Two Monitors
Two U4918DW Monitors.
Two High end HDMI Cables

Questions
1. How can I get them both to run the same high resolution 5120x1440 60Hz?
2. Anyone else running two U4919DW monitors at 5120x1440 60Hz connected to one laptop?
3. Is this possible, or do I have to return one?

Hoping that other users can chime in with their opinions about running two U4919DW at 5K 5120x2880 60Hz from one PC.

You should also post the question on the Lenovo Forums. But I think that your expectations of that Lenovo ThinkPad T480 with onboard Intel UHD Graphics 620 GPU being able to push two U4919DW running at 5K 5120x2880 60Hz is asking a lot of it.

When lowering the resolution of the second U4919DW but keeping the 60Hz, what is the highest resolution that you can attain on the second U4919DW?

Do you recommend a graphics card or a external GPU unit that could accommodate this setup of 2 x 5K monitors?

Our U4919DW sales site list the Dell TB16 dock, but it only supports one 5K 5120x2880 60Hz monitor. So the picture of two U4919DW stacked cannot be running at 5120x2880 60Hz? They must have lowered the resolution for one of the U4919DW to 5120x1440 30Hz or 4K 60Hz. I cannot find any docks that support two 5K monitors both running at 5120x2880 60Hz. Most will run one 5K monitor and a second at lower resolution like this one. Also read through this; U4919DW - System Requirements and Supported Configuration
