UP2716D, DDM not connecting?
Hi,
Just installed DDM (Dell Display Manager), but it does not work and it says please connect a supported Dell monitor. Connected via mDP. Everything is updated and I have tried restarting and via HDMI.
Help please.

* DDM will not work if using a video card DP/mDP to DVI adapter/cable
* DDM will not work if using a video card DP/mDP to VGA adapter/cable
* The monitor USB upstream cable must be connected from the monitor to a USB port on the computer
* Remove any docking stations or cable extenders or converters between the monitor and the computer video port
* Open the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) -Others and enable DDC/CI
* Open the monitor OSD -Display and disable DP 1.2 or MST
* Be sure to check and install the latest video card driver (AMD, Intel, Nvidia)
* While holding down the Shift key, right-click on the DDM system tray icon, and select "Check for new version" from the popup menu
* The DDM diagnostic log can sometimes pinpoint problems like this. While holding down the SHIFT key, right-click on the DDM system tray icon and and then select "Save diagnostic report" from the popup menu and post the content
