UP2716D, no response after using for 30 minutes

I’ve just got the UP2716D and I’m experiencing some issues. The UP2716D does not responde after about 30 minutes of use. None of the buttons respond. It is still showing the picture I can work etc. and when I turn or restart my pc, the UP2716D do not go to sleep or turn on again at restart. Just the power cycling helps and it’s work correctly for another half an hour! I tried with different PCs and with a notebook with different type of connections but the same freezing happens. Did it happen to anyone else before? Any good ideas, advice, solution? Thank you very much!
