UP2718Q, Firmware M2T102, color gamut and accuracy are smaller than before

Hello,

I updated the firmware of my UP2718Q to M2T102. When I was trying to calibrate the monitor, I found the color gamut was smaller than before. It's coverage now is only 96.1% sRGB, 90.6% Adobe RGB and 84.3% DCI P3, while it was 99.0% sRGB, 98.7% Adobe RGB and 89.5% DCI P3 when the firmware was M2T101. The colorimeter and software I'm using is i1 Display Pro and i1Profiler.

I have tried to 'Factory Reset' the monitor, connecting it to a different computer, using different calibration software (i1Profiler, DisplayCAL) or using different operating systems to calibrate it (I've tried to calibrate the monitor on both Mac OS and Windows 10), but the color gamut is still a lot smaller than before. Also, the average/max delta E was 0.6/1.2 with firmware M2T101, while now it is 3.8/12 with M2T102, no matter how many times I tried.

I think there is probably a bug in the new firmware, is there anyway for me to set the firmware to the previous version?

 Thank you!

Unfortunately, no. There is no going back once a firmware is installed, only forward. Firmware M2T102 was a requirement for DUCCS and the UP2718Q. All you can do now is periodically check the UP2718Q Drivers & downloads to see if another firmware is released.

Do you have any updates with new firmware?

Just receive my new UP2718Q, update everything and found green tint in upper right corner. Can it be because of firmware update?
