I didn't because when I added my service tag plus windows 11 OS it said: This driver is not applicable for with Windows 11. Choose another product to re-enter your product details for this driver or visit the Product Support page to view all drivers for a different product.
Further information. If I decrease the brightness in the standard preset to zero, and then switch back to the previously calibrated Cal1 with 120 luminance, the screen remains at very low luminance. Similarly if increase brightness in standard to 100, switching back to Cal 1 still leaves it at maximum brightness. This isn’t right!!
The only way I know of to prove that the UP3216Q was faulty would be to replicate the brightness issue using different colorimeter and calibration software.

My mistake - yes I did download this earlier when it said it was applicable with my UP3216Q without me inputting a service tag

Was this issue ever resolved? If so, how? Thanks
