The order was placed through our online Dell Premier account directly with Dell for 63 units. I have checked several adapters and they all have the same DP/N # (0Y4M8K). I have contacted dell support about the first of the three that I have this issue with. They are suppose to be sending me a replacement adapter. I will see if the part number matches the rest or if it is what you are suggesting. What would be my next step if I have all or a majority of these monitors with the wrong adapter?

If in the USA, they should have shipped with =
K260C Power cable
0W6KV AC adapter cable
Y4M8K 90w AC adapter does not list this monitor? It shows as shipped on Laptops. Were these UZ2315H purchased new directly from Dell?
From the working UZ2315H, check their cable part numbers (K260C Power cable, 0W6KV AC adapter cable) and compare to the non-working ones.
