The reseller should send you the correct power cable and AC adapter since you are in rights to return the monitor to them within a certain time period for full refund. Check both the power cable and AC adapter for the following part numbers =
K260C Power cable
0W6KV AC adapter

Because it came from a reseller and not Dell directly, the most we could do is send you a refurbished power cable and AC adapter, not new ones. If you decide to go through Dell, you will need to contact Technical Support for your country. Provide to them all of this data =

I bought 3 of these UZ2315H monitors online from Dell outlet and all three will display this error within hours of having them powered on. Sometimes they work for several hours, sometimes they show the error message right away in the startup process. They are refurbished monitors and suspect were returned for the same issue. Have several spare AC adapters, does not matter which one I use. The DP/N is 0Y4M8K.

If all three UZ2315H shipped with the correct K260C Power cable and 0W6KV AC adapter, then they should be returned for return/refund before the 90 day warranty expires. Contact Dell Customer Support to arrange the return/refund.
