I have 1905FP REV 00 and have no problems with it. You say the mouse pointer turn green when moving, but when it comes to ghosting you did not mention what type of programme you use. This monitor is 20ms slow, you can not use it for games.
I am guess with the probems you are having with this Dell monitor, you should replace it. Dell has a 21 day return pilocy. They will send you a new one in a few days.
It seems to bleed a little more that other monitor's that I have compared especially when scrolling up or down a page. But I'm not sure if this is the monitor's fault or the analog connection or slow graphics card.
I just bought mine from Dell Canada. Maybe we get the rejects and US gets the top of the line dell specs.
I have this same exact problem on a revision A00. Is this just the way they are? I got this thing for $300, and I thought it was a steal. Now I'm beginning to see why it was so cheap.
I've tried all refresh settings: 60, 70 and 75 Hz. The resolution is at 1280x1024 (which is the optimal setting I guess). I'm using DVI with a Radeon 9700 Pro. The scrolling on webpages is horrendously blurry, and the white text turns green on a black background. When you scroll slowly, there is terrible flickering and the colors become darker.
Please tell me how to fix this. If I can't solve this problem within a few days, I'm going to return the monitor.
I think A00 is our problem. I tried different things and thought that maybe a DVI cable would solve the problem. But based on your experience, maybe not.
I always wondered why the 1905fp was cheaper in Canada then the US, even after adjusting for the exchange rate. My guess would be that they sell the A00 in Canada and A01 in the US.
If you live in the US, I would exchange for an A01. Being in Canada, I feel more stuck. I think that I'm willing to live with the problem. I think I will get used to it. It's annoying, but not REALLY bad.
Yeah, I live in the US. But I don't know if I want to take a risk. I already have to pay shipping for the darn thing. If the second model is defective again, I'll have to pay even more shipping. I have to be completely sure that the A01 is like the reviews say it is.
I did some research and on hardforum there is the answer. Take a lok here:

There is a instruction how to check your Panel type.
It seems that Dell has switched in Februar to a new Panel from AUO with 8ms! It is also a PVA not a TN Panel. Anyway there is a new revision A01 because some A00 customers report problems. I will get a new one, but they can' t say wether it will A01 or A00 because they still have older ones on stock. So if anybody has A01 with AUO Panel, please report.

Hello,
