Warranty Service Request Initiated on July 23, 2013 for Dell U3014 Not Yet Shipped

Through Dell's online technical support chat, the Dell agent diagnosed my brand new, in warranty U3014 LCD as faulty and I was emailed dispatch & service request numbers on July 23, 2013. Upon checking the status of the service request again today (from this page: http://www.dell.com/support/incidents/us/en/04?c=us&s=bsd&cs=04&l=en), it does not appear to have shipped yet despite being initiated nearly a week ago.

When might I expect my replacement LCD to ship? I was hoping for a much quicker resolution from Dell, especially for Dell's flagship premium LCD. :emotion-6:

Depending on availability from the manufacturer, the typical lead time on shipping is 7 to 10 business days. So I would not expect it to ship until Thursday the 1st at the earliest.

Though not the quite the answer I was hoping for, I appreciate getting an answer none the less. Thank you for replying DELL-Chris M!
