burnt PCB (model: p2210f)

Used Google Translate from Norwegian to English:

I have a Dell p2210f 22-inch LCD screen. The circuit board is burnt.

I opened the screen so I can see some of the screen on the side and can see 2 different cable color that is diverted onto the PCB.

One cable has red and white color while the other cable has blue and black.

When setting the current in the screen so you can see that the plug that cable-red-white is plugged into the circuit board begins to scorch them. When I plug it out while the power is in the screen so the screen works perfectly normal without the flickers .. as it does when the cable is in.

But what I wonder is whether it is possible to cut the part around the plugged in circuit card that burns itself ... it will affect the rest of the circuit board and is it safe?

because it does not look like the red-white cable affect my usage in some ways when not connected to the PCB

to see the 2 cables from a video I found online:

I wish I could help but we do not have any repair/disassembly documentation. We do not repair monitors. We simply replace them while under warranty. You can try contacting this business for help.
