Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

If you installed the monitor drivers try disconnecting and then re-connecting the monitor, turn the system back on to see if it will then detect and load the correct monitor.

I tried disconnecting and then re-connecting the monitor, then turning on my computer and that didn't work. I go to the device manager and it doesn't even have a moniter listed there. I can't understand what the problem is, the moniter worked fine before I reinstalled windows.
