Fonts are going to be samller in higher resolutions. You can adjust the font DPI settings in your display properties to increase font size. Videos will not fill the screen completely because the e207 has a 16:10 aspect ratio and most videos are either 4:3 (fullscreen) or 16:9 (widescreen). Non widescreen videos will have bars on the sides and widescreen will have small bars bars on the top and bottom.
