How to restore missing run scripts after a Retrospect 7.5.378 crash ?
Dear all,
I have a Westren Digital (WD) drive that came with an emc^2 retrospect software.
The current version of the software is 7.5.378 with driver update and hot fix 7.5.14.102.
During my last backup run, Retrospect crashed, and after restarting it, all
the backup run scripts were gone (the scripts that tell retrospect which data to backup,
when and where to put it) .
As a result, I cannot continue with the progressive backup of the data that is still on my WD drive.
If it helps, I also have an old copy of the ".rbc" files that match the missing run scripts.
Is there a way to restore my old run scripts so I could continue with the progressive
backup ?

Not sure how prompt answer might be here since this is NetWorker community while Retrospect is different kind of backup product. Hopefully someone will be able to address your query.

EMC doesn't own Retrospect anymore and I'm not sure if there's any Retrospect expertise on this forum. You could try:
