Looking for guidance running Networker in AWS

We're looking to deploy a networker env in AWS to handle some Lift&Shift workloads we're moving to Amazon. Has anyone done this? I have not been able to find any documentation from EMC nor can I get a clear answer.

We could treat it like any other workload, turn up a few AWS RHEL instances, install Networker mgmt server, stg nodes. Install a cloudboost virtual appliance and cobble it together like we do on earth. I'm hoping to converse with someone who has already suffered the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune (or is it misfortune)

Hello? Calling Earth from the Cloud:) Is anybody trying this hairbrained idea?

Hi,

As long as you are deploying an RHEL machine and installing NetWorker, it should work fine.

Please test-run a lab on existing AWS and implement the features necessary, monitor for a week and let us know if you come across any problems.

Thanks,
