NMM SQL 8.1 Restore SaveSets not visible
Hello All,
I have an interesting problem here. We have an LTO 6 TS4500 Tape library which we use to clone our month end backups for archival purposes. This particular issue involves 2 LTO-4 tapes which were sent offset in January.
NetWorker version: 8.2.1.5.Build.793;
NetWorker NMM version: 8.1
We recalled the tapes and performed a scanner command on all save sets to make them browseable. Which after performing the scanner command they are listed as browseable. However, in Networker SQL Recovery User GUI it does not pick up the save sets for recovery.
This is a directed restore, and we have tried both push and pull methods. Each does not list the scanned in savesets.
SQL DBAs are presented the following;
In Networker;
When you run an nsrinfo per the client on each saveset with the proper save time it returns the objects. in each saveset.
I haven't tried to do a command line restore because SQL permissions are restricted to our DBAs.
We have also adjusted the browseable time via nsrmm. Anyone experience anything like this?

Have you tried to run restore from CLI?
