NetWorker 8.1.2.7 mminfo query Failed.

hi,

NetWorker Version 8.1.2.7

mminfo -s $Server -c $Source_client -q"!incomplete,sscreate>=03/03/16 23:00,sscomp<=03/04/16 09:00,group=$GROUP_NAME"

If you put the time in and above sscreate sscomp as mminfo query it will be a failure.

but

mminfo -s $Server -c $Source_client -q"!incomplete,sscreate>=03/03/16,sscomp<=03/04/16,group=$GROUP_NAME"

However, except if the query time and is normally mminfo query.

The Networker 7.X The query was using. 8.1 What should not the reason? Or would I guess this one characteristic in every server?

Please Help...

Will it produce an error or will it just not find any matching save set?

If there is an error reported, please let us know.

The result also depends on the time format (12/24 hours) - for example:

D:\>mminfo -q "savetime>=03/02/2016 12:30 AM" -r name,savetime(25) -ot

name                                date    time

WINDOWS ROLES AND FEATURES:\       3/2/2016 12:55:38 AM

DISASTER_RECOVERY:\                3/2/2016 12:55:45 AM

index:<server_name>                3/2/2016 12:55:57 AM

bootstrap                          3/2/2016 12:55:58 AM

D:\>

D:\>mminfo -q "savetime>=03/02/2016 12:30" -r name,savetime(25) -ot

6095:mminfo: no matches found for the query

D:\>

Just use the same format which is used in the reporting section.

Hi,

Query a normal mminfo for a specific client and have a look on the date/time format. Try to adapt your query in same format and see whether it is able to report any records or not.
