Networker Disaster Recovery To A Different Host

Primary Site has Networker installed on a virtual machine with Data Domain for backups, At DR site Data Domain is configured, Replication is configured in between both DD. In case primary site goes down, i can create a virtual machine with same OS and Networker Level however Hostname and IP Address would not be the same i.e. as of primary site.

So would i be able to perform bootstrap and CFI recoveries from DR-DD on this VM?
