Networker for AIX Device configration
Quantum i6000 + AIX 7.6 + Networker 8.x
inquire: Information does not display the changer,but display all tape drivers。Robots need to be specially configured?

AIX 7.6? You mean 7.1? I happen to have one environment with NW 8.0.x, i6000 and AIX 7.1 and it is all fine. Check if lus is loaded. Also, make sure you have drivers installed.

I'm sorry, wrong will be written in AIX 6.1 to AIX 7.6, ask a question lus is networker automatically generated? Or do you need any special configuration? No clear instructions in the manual.

lus is there by automatic (supplied by storage node package). However, I have seen lus hanging if you do some robotic change so you need to re-init it. To do this, do:
root:/ # rmdev -l lus
lus Defined
root:/ # mkdev -l lus
lus Available
root:/ # lsdev -C -l lus
lus Available Legato SCSI User Interface Release 8.0.3.4.Build.356
Don't get confused by version of NW where I used this. I had 7.6.x before and it was the same story.
