Not able to login to Networker console
I am not able to login to networker console. We have Networker 7.6 sp 3 and Java version on my laptop is "Version 7 update 55 (build 1.7.0_55-b13).
I am getting small window for entering username and password but once I enter credentials nothing is happening.
Is there any setting to be done on IE or in JAVA to get this done?

If nothing has changed and this combo has worked before, restart gstd service. If that doesn't help, check network. If any components in combo have changed, start from there.

If others are able to login, then there is no need to restart gstd service. Please try to login from another computer or try to change your JAVA version.

Hi Hrvoje,
I am the new user to this it is working fine with others. They have 7.0.210 java version on their system.
I guess network is not an issue as I am getting login window.

Hello,
To verify if Java version is an issue or not, please try to login from any other user computer who is able to login.
If all users are unable to see management console after login, give a try to restart gstd service.

I am having same version installed as others, my guess something needs to be change in JAVA or in IE.

If you are a new user, your id need to be created in NMC

Have person who created account to log as you. It is not necessary not network if you get login and nothing after as I had case exactly like that due to certain ports limited in switched network.
