Problems after migrated 7.5.3 to 7.6.2
Hi, i run the Networker Generator Procedure to migrate my backup server from 7.5.3 to 7.6.2.
After remove the application and install the newone, keeping the database and using windows server 2008 64x
When i start the networker, without touching any option, the backup can run without problem.
The problem: when a i try to clic in any client, or any devices, the application is closed and GTS services is stopped. I need to start again the services to log on in the application.
What i can do ?

Your question has been moved to the Networker Support forums where it has a better chance of being seen.

Hi Hrvoje..
aparently is only the GST services. After started the services again, i can log on but without touch clients or devices...if i try to clic any of this items, the GST service will be down again closing the networker.

Does only NMC (gst component crashes) or the whole server?

Unless too much trouble, I would suggest:
1) Uninstall NMC
2) DELETE NMC database (do this only unless you use it - usually no one does)
3) Install NMC
4) Try again
If still broken, try some other version of NMC (or NMC installed on some other host).

when you said delete NMC database, what folders are ??? mm, index and res folders ????
I returned to 7.5.3 after this problem.
I have windows server 2008 x64

On Windows, unless mistaken, this should be c:\Program File (x86)\Legato\Management\ (yes, it is x86)
