Strange problem with nmc
Dear all,
I just finished a fresh installation of an emc networker fast start on a windows server 2003R2 machine. I have installed the emc nmc at the same machine as the host node. Everything works fine but when I click nmc->Setup->Setup-> System options.. the application just hangs.. I can only move the application window, nothing else.
Versions:
Networker Fast Start 7.6
JRE 6u18
Any help?

I just installed the 6u5 jre version and works fine! coganb thanks for the info!

Hi,
This is a bug which has been fixed. The reference for this is NW115499. If you check on the NetWorker Support page:
https://support.emc.com/products/NetWorker.aspx
On the right, you can see: 'Cumulative Fix Downloads' and 'NetWorker 7.6 Cumulative Hotfix Overview' which will give you instructions on where you can download the necessary patched binary to fix this.

We have the EXACT same problem..
NetWorker Management Console version 3.5.1.Build.430
based on NetWorker version 7.5.1.Build.430
nmc->Setup->Setup-> System options.. the nmc GUI just hangs when you try to go there..
