Unable to decrypt data: BAD_DATA

HI,

When i click on the networker server name in the NW console, i get "unable to decrypt data: BAD_DATA".

I read an article telling that the datazone pass phrase has to be updated.

As far as i know, i don't have  pass phrase.

i do

nsradmin

nsradmin> .type: nsr

nsradmin> update datazone pass phrase:

update ? yes

+ restart NW console

As pass phrase, just type

But the message does not go away.

Please advise how to proceed .
