VSS ASR DISK backup failed after recovery of client
Networker relealse: 7.6.1.
Windows 2003 SP2 x64
VSS ASR DISK: Automated System Recovery Files - Cannot find C:\WINDOWS\repair\setup.log.
VSS ASR DISK: Automated System Recovery Files - Error saving writer Automated System Recovery Files
VSS ASR DISK: Automated System Recovery Files - ERROR: Aborting backup of saveset VSS ASR DISK:, because of the error with writer Automated System Recovery Files. Retry the backup and/or use your NetWorker Admin Guide to temporarily disable the writer, if neccessary.
VSS ASR DISK: Automated System Recovery Files - Error saving
C:\WINDOWS\repair\setup.log don't exist .
I have installed windows patches KB940349
Hotfix for Windows Server 2003 (KB940349-v3) Update KB940349-v3
11/28/2012 SP3
Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Hi Daniele,
What saveset are you trying to backup?
You should check that the user has read, write, and change permissions on the%SystemRoot%\\repair and %SystemRoot%\\repair\\nsr directories. Also ensure there is sufficient space available on the disk.
