unable to browse exchange mailbox during restore

We're getting "backup browse result is empty"

Hi mahouf,

Please provide us with more information about your environment , Please provide the following:

What is the Exchange version

DAG or stand-alone

Using NME or NMM and which version

Exchange host operating system

Backup server OS and Networker version

Do you have IPv6 enabled

If you run NMM, would you please attach a config checker report.

Please elaborate the issue more.
