2724 won't display some pages

I've bought a second-hand 2724 from a local Ebay seller.

I've changed the switch to Managed, then logged in and added a password to the admin user.

Each time I try to access IP Addressing, Interface Configuration, Lag Membership or RMON Statistics pages, it asks for a user and password.

I then enter "admin" and the password I assigned, but the pages don't display.

What am I doing wrong?

Does the page accept your credentials? It just comes up white? Or is there an error message? Or part of the page loads but not all of it?

Sometimes different browsers do better at displaying the GUI than others. Have you tried using a different browser? Ensuring that plugins are disabled?

What firmware is the switch at? Sometimes being on older firmware can affect things.

Thanks for the quick reply Daniel.

The switch has firmware 1.0.1.07

I'm browsing on a Macbook Pro with OSX 10.11.6.

When I use Opera v46.0.2597.57 I get the problems I've mentioned.

Following your recommendation, I tried Safari v10.1.2 (11603.3.8) and everything is hunky dory!

The moral of the tale is - always try a different browser....

Thank you for your help Daniel.
