Compatibility Cable

Hi,

for a new project to update our structure I need to know if the following cables SFP-H10GB-CU3M are compatible for the connection between these devices:

1) QLogic 57810 Dual Port 10Gb Direct Attach/SFP+ Low Profile Network Adapter (mounted in a R630) connected to a Cisco 3750 switch via SFP-H10GB-CU3M cable.

2) VxR NDC QLOGIC QP 41164 SFP+ F Network Adapter (mounted in a R640) connected to a Cisco Nexus 93180 via identical (SFP-H10GB-CU3M) cable.
