Dell Powerconnect 2816 DHCP wont work

I have configured my powerconnect 2816 to act as DHCP server.   None of my systems are getting an ip from it though.  I can assign manual ip and they work fine but DHCP does not appear to be working.  Is there anything I have to do other than turn on DHCP and configure the Scope and SUbnet?

thanks for the quick reply Dan. I have not set up any additional vlans. i assumed there is a default built in? so if thats the case then yes they are all on the same vlan.

Enabling DHCP and setting the pools is correct, there is not much involved. Are all your clients in the same VLAN?

Yeah, the default VLAN is VLAN 1. Is your network pool in the same subnet at the IP address assigned to the switch?

Sorry for the late reply, i would try setting the VLAN IP address and your DHCP pool to the same subnet. See if that makes any difference
