M6220 Clear Config , Password Reset and USB Cable ?

I have a M6220 that I need to test in my blade server that has a previous password.

1.)  How do I go about clearing the config and clearing the password taking into consideration that there is an existing password in the system ?

2.) What type of USB Cable does the DELL M6220 use.
