New PowerConnect 3548 - no Gigabit speed
I have a brand-new PowerConnect 3548 - and nothing I plug into it runs @ 1000Mbps - the best I can do is 100Mbps - and the web control panel says that all of my ports are only 100M-Copper capable - what's going on?

3548 is a 10/100 switch with 1G uplinks. ports 1-48 are 10/100. ports g1-g4 are 1G ports.
