We would be happy to help troubleshoot with you. What model switches are you monitoring? What firmware are these switches on?

It sounds like you are look at the boot code version, and not the firmware revision. Firmware on the 5548 should be at 4.1.0.20: http://dell.to/1Xhsylh . Firmware on the 3424 should be on 2.0.0.34: http://dell.to/1Wb7Q59 .

Are these the only 2 devices being monitored? I believe trial version has a limited number of devices it can monitor at one time.

When you perform the discovery the switches show up correct? Just not able to pull any information? Do the switches have the same SNMP community?

Here is a video that walks us through the discovery process. This can be helpful in ensuring no steps were missed.

Thank you for your help .

I'm sorry I gave you the wrong firmware , this is actually the 2.0.0.34 release. For testing on this software I managed to make the discovery of my switches, however I still can not to have details such as traffic flow , no graphics are displayed, I can not see data which transiste on different ports.

Can you show us some screen shots of what you are seeing on the OMNM page? This may help us get a better understanding of what is and is not being displayed. OMNM uses SNMP to poll those statistics, can you share with us how you have SNMP configured on both of the switches?

Thanks for those images. Can you share with us the SNMP config on the switches? Another troubleshooting step you can take, is to perform an SNMPWalk on the switches. This will help ensure that the switches are responding properly.
