Update CPLD

Question

We have a stack of N4064F and N2000 series stacks that I need to update. I'm quite confused on the process to update the CPLD in stacked configuration. The first documentation I found from Dell stated the instructions are included in the downloaded file for a given update, however this isn't accurate I've found. I did find this community post:POST  Dell support said to use this command: update bootcodereload When I asked about what to do in a stacked configuration, I was told: With the stack, it will be likely different. You will use a different command for it. Run the command 'update cpld', ​and we do the Master the last. ​'update cpld x'​where x is the unit number ​and it will reboot that unit when done. I'm confused about the expected behavior when updating each member. If I update the master last, will another member take over as master? I'm really confused on the whole process. If anyone could shed some light it would be most helpful.

This document HERE  for the N2000 series is sparse, but it says to update the master. Does the master pass the update to the stack members as well? I see that stack firmware synchronization is disabled, and I thought that applied to switch firmware only?
