Hi,
It doesn’t have a similar command. OS 10 has a command to schedule a supportassist collection daily which would include the config. https://topics-cdn.dell.com/pdf/force10-s4048-on_reference-guide7_en-us.pdf Page 826

I use oxidized https://github.com/ytti/oxidized to backup the configs of all our devices. Even supports saving them in a github repo for change tracking. Hope it helps.

Which oxidized's model are you using?
We're having troubles saving configuration since we've updated to OS10
