BSOD STOP Error ndis.sys NIC Problem???

I have a 600m.  I keep getting this blue screen STOP error (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with NDIS.SYS).  Is my Broadcom 570x card broken?

I've tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling with the latest drivers (found on the support.dell.com site).  Sometimes, after rebooting, the device manager will indicate that the driver won't start, but sometimes it works.  I'll be able to use the Internet for a while, but inevitably, something will go wrong and another BSOD appears.

I noticed that it will blue screen when I start having a lot of windows open connected to the Internet, or if I'm running a DVD at the same time.  Also, if I just plug in the ethernet cable after I reboot, the blue screen appears even when the driver says it's working ok.  The only way I can get it to work for a while (like more than 4 hours) is to have the ethernet cable plugged in before I reboot.  Sometimes, it shows that it's working, but when I plug the ethernet cable in, it automatically blue screens.

The most I can get it working for before blue screening is about 8 hours.  And normally, I have to reboot about 5 times before the driver is working again.

HELP PLEASE!!!!

I am experiencing the same problem with the same computer - and also the same frustrations. The BSoD has the following Stop values: 0x000000D1 (0x00000014, 0x00000002, 0x00000002, 0xF84A5B15)

After the error, the Broadcom 570x has the following message in the Device Manager: This device cannot start. (Code 10). After several reboots or just several hours, the problem goes away on its own.

The problem was a minor inconvenience at first, but has progressively grown worse over the last two weeks. Any suggestions as to how to deal with the issue would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same exact problem with my 600m. It started two weeks ago also. At least one other person in my office is seeing the same thing as well. I wonder if this is somehow calendar related? Is there a firmware issue? I am on firmware A13.

Dell Diagnostics says the network is okay.

I am eager for ideas. Reinstalling the OS again and rebuilding the hard drive are not really things I am eager to do any time soon.

Anyone with help on this issue?  Anyone else experiencing the same thing?
