BTTRAY Error

BTTRAY: Unable to start the Bluetooth stack service. I have a Studio 15 (Vista) and I've been getting this error for a few months now. It appears about 15 minutes after logging on. My bluetooth mouse has been working fine until a few days ago and now the laptop won't recognise it to repair it. What is this error and how do I fix it??
