Bluetooth card for Inspiron 1720
I am using a Dell Inspiron 1720 computer running windows 8. Can you confirm if a DELL Truemobile 360 Inspiron Bluetooth Card Module will work with this laptop and OS and what driver would I have to install?

DELL Truemobile 360 Bluetooth Card Module is compatible with Dell Inspiron 1720 laptop you can refer to link below for Windows 8 driver.

Thanks, though I should have asked a couple more things. Will a USB Bluetooth transmitter work with this laptop and is there anything I have to do in the BIOS?

Hi EdgeOfNottawa,
You can go for USB Bluetooth transmitter for your laptop. The system will automatically detect any external device when connected to the system and you need not alter the BIOS.
