Bluetooth not found

Hi can anyone help. Last week the hard-drive on my Studio 17 developed a fault and had to be replaced, which the dell engineer has now been and done. However now I can't find the bluetooth device manager anywhere, I've tried looking in device manager but bluetooth devices are not listed. It does appear to be working somewhere because using the wireless off/on switch on the side of the laptop causes the bluetooth light above the keyboard to go off & on.

Any ideas on this would be much appreciated because at the moment I have a useless bluetooth mouse!!
