It can be annoying when the Bluetooth fails to work and the USB Host Controller uninstalls by itself. I suggest you to re-install the drivers in the same order that is provided in the link below: http://dell.to/X1IKGu
You can re-download the Windows 8 drivers from the drivers download page by punching in the Service Tag from the following link: http://dell.to/QjjZDA
