Bluetooth's A Mess! Help!

Transferring files to and  from my Dell is very difficult. After a few days, I've managed to do it. With all of my devices that I've tested but 1.My cell! My cell works fine with my other tested devices. So, the phone cannot be blamed. The Dell bluetooth adapter must be fine since it works okay with other devices. Help me, this is driving me nuts. Thank you for your time.......

FrustrationIsDell,

Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled

Try reading...

Remember virus programs and firewalls can block communications.

The problem is, my Dell is working fine with other devices! But cannot work at all with my cell! And my cell works fine with other devices too. The cell and Dell can be successfully connected and paired but they cannot send and receive files from and to each other! That's it! That's why I don't understand! Please help....

Also, after some more tweaking. I've got this error message from my Dell.

" Bluetooth file transfer not completed

Windows was unable to transfer some files

A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network.

To try again, click the Back arrow "

Of course, clicking the " BACK " arrow won't do nothing.

Before I forget to mention this again, my cell always gives the same  error message, " Unable to connect " !

I don't get both error messages when I connect them to other devices.

AGAIN, both cell & Dell can be connected and paired but CANNOT transfer / send / receive files to and from each other! That's all!

Thank you for your time.......
